Southeast Texas weather creates a punishing environment for flat commercial roofs. Coastal humidity, sudden heavy rain, and occasional tropical systems mean the roof is constantly exposed to moisture and thermal shock. Standard roofing seams and fasteners degrade rapidly under these conditions.

Using silicone or acrylic coatings allows us to create a completely monolithic seal across the entire roof surface. Because these materials are fluid-applied, they conform to existing penetrations and eliminate the vulnerable seams where water intrusion typically begins.

The material selection must account for the area's high UV index and the frequent presence of ponding water. A proper application accommodates the daily expansion and contraction of the building deck while maintaining a continuous barrier against Gulf Coast storms.
