The end of Daylight Saving Time occurs in the fall, typically on the first Sunday in November in the U.S. This is when clocks are set back one hour, often referred to as “falling back.” This shift returns clocks to Standard Time, resulting in earlier sunrises and earlier sunsets, which can bring more light to the mornings but less to the evenings. The transition marks the end of the extended daylight that DST provides during the evening hours in spring and summer.
