About a month ago, I made the decision to sell off my equipment. The money is going to be used to repair damages to my home from Hurricane Beryl, including the roof and AC units, as well as prepare for the next slew of hurricanes by installing a generator and spray foaming the inside of my attic to lower our electrical bills. Anything left over would go towards replacing a fridge and taking care of my family.

I entertained the idea of raffling off all of the items as one giant package so that I could see someone else's dreams come to fruition the way mine has with both this equipment and the community that comes with it. That went sideways in less than a week and never recovered (originally we sold nearly 200 tickets in the first two days, and after our post was reported and we refunded everyone, we only sold 3 tickets).

I realized, after a month of getting my hopes up too high and getting crushed, that my biggest fault was relying on everyone else to help me fix my home and family. I'm not mad at anyone at all. I was disappointed, but mostly in myself for thinking I had a way to help my family and make someone else's dreams come true, but the reality is that's not anyone else's responsibility. It's my load to bear. My fire is not your fire.

I've been putting this off for as long as I could, but it's time to replace two AC Units and install a new permanent generator, and I just don't have the $$ to do it. Family comes first, so it's time to put on my big boy pants and sell my toys. My loss is your massive gain if you hustle even a little. I have a full time position in the US Government, so this business has always only been used to provide joy and love to others who need it, not to drive a profit. I'm a disabled Veteran who has used this business to fill a creative void that started when our band, Seasons of Insanity and brothers went their separate ways at the start of COVID. Then we moved to Houston for personal health and growth reasons. Now it's time to focus on the next phase in life.

I originally wanted to open a Maker Space for Veterans and other creatives who need the creative release, but I never got there. I prefer to sell everything together as a business instead of piecing it out, but if it doesn't sell in an appropriate amount of time, I'll consider piecing it out to afford the repairs on the house. Every single item is brand new (less than a year old), dialed in to immaculate precision and will put out 5 Star quality from the start. All shipping, crating, transporting will be done at your expense.

A portion or what is left over after the repairs on the house will be donated to a woman who is in need and has been a huge help.
