Never thought I’d write these words:

Butt lol it’s a real thing for many folks (yes totally meant that extra “t”)!

If you’re one who suffers from hemorrhoids then you’ll want to try at least one of these remedies! Let me know your testimony when you do🙌

Hemorrhoids happen for a variety of reasons like:
- Straining during a bowel movement
- Chronic Constipation
- Pregnancy

The real root issue can be eating processed foods which cause issues in the digestive track which can cause constipation etc.

Making sure you are eating a colorful plate, fibrous foods, and hydrating well are key (1/2 your body weight in water)

Add in some digestive enzymes and probiotics and you can fortify your microbiome for a healthier gut and stool (I have a good lead for enzymes and probiotics too).

Essential Oils are Safe in Pregnancy!

Where you go to get advice on essential oils and essential oils companies is important.

When I was researching if essential oils are safe in pregnancy, I great book I read was, “Essential Oils for Pregnancy Birth & Babies” by Stephanie Fritz LM, CPM aka. The Essential Midwife has had a successful midwifery practice since 2000. Her “TEM Community” FB group is also a wealth of information.

As a wholistic doula, I believe it is important for mommas to know some good practices when it comes to essential oil usage besides diffusing.

Here are some initial tips that have been a blessing to other mommas. Moving forward I’ll try to have more posts on EO’s related to pregnancy, infertility aids, labor & delivery, newborns & even miscarriage care.
