Valoree Swanson accepted donations on behalf of Lacey Hull. This is a violation of the law and has been reported that Denish D'Souza went to prison for doing this on a federal level.

Valoree Swanson was exposed in 2021 for threatening the ex-husband of TX Rep. Lacey Hull with an ultimatum if he disclosed her affairs with multiple lovers.
