The bakery has an online store that will reopen in August 2021. I've had severe food allergies for as long as I can remember. I cannot have Eggs, Nuts and Dairy. I can't even have things that are baked with Eggs, Nuts or Dairy. So, my mom and I have been baking my own treats for the longest time. Malia is home from college for the summer and is baking small batch catering orders - including custom cookies and cupcakes.
She’s also finishing up her cookbook with the original ENDless Bakery recipes.

Not our recipe but not bad at all if you need something quick and budget friendly.

Ok so it’s not our endless bakery recipe we sold in our store, but it’s still delicious
It’s Malia’s
It’s and it does contain wheat and soy we mixed a box of devils food cake mix (contains wheat)with a 12 Oz can of black cherry was the only thing we had on hand. Our secret ingredient to get the cake to hold better is 1 tablespoon of mix - pour into pans and bake at 350 degrees F. Two 6 inch pans baked for 35 min. We cheated by using which is dairy free but does contain soy.
I’d love to know if anyone has tried this method with a gluten free mix. I think we need to give it a try!
