At Zen Gab Foundation, we believe healing starts with the basics — nourishment, balance, and intention.
This is more than a plate.
It’s protein for strength.
Vegetables for restoration.
Whole foods for energy.
Simple choices that support long-term wellness.
For many veterans, rebuilding health happens one small, consistent decision at a time — what we eat, how we move, how we regulate our nervous system, and how we care for our bodies after service.
Wellness doesn’t have to be complicated.
It has to be intentional.

At Zen Gab Foundation, we understand that many veterans carry stress that doesn’t always show on the surface.
Smiling isn’t about ignoring what you’ve been through.
It’s about giving your nervous system a moment of relief.
A soft, intentional smile can:

• Calm hypervigilance
• Help the body shift out of fight-or-flight
• Release serotonin and dopamine
