Okay, I fell into the trap.

Our first year to have a big enough harvest to make plum jelly. It is delicious!!!! 🩷🤗

There’s nothing like Mustang Grape Jelly!

It’s amazing that, similar to the Mesquite pods, these Honey Locust pods when boiled released their delicious extract/juice that can then be made into jelly. But who all is brave enough to pick them?! 🙋🏻‍♀️

New jelly flavor…Honey Locust! The tree may try and stab us, but the jelly is killer!! 😉

If anyone hasn’t tried our jellies, I have a bunch of bite size samples here. I’ll need to discard them in the next week or two and hate to be wasteful.
