Another successful kitchen renovation project has been finalized. The residents of this home, including the two 4-legged clients, will now enjoy a beautifully transformed kitchen space. The renovation included the removal of the existing backsplash and countertops, reworking of the kitchen sink island, and removal of the old bar area. The beautiful Taj Mahal Quartzite countertops and backsplash bring a sense of luxury to the space. The installation of a Blanco Silgranit 60/40 truffle color undermount sink with gold sink strainer and gold garbage disposal fl**ge, along with a Kohler brushed gold kitchen faucet, adds to the kitchen's updated aesthetic. The cabinets, painted accessible beige, feature new gold door and drawer pulls. The updated LED recessed lighting contributes to the kitchen's modern ambiance.

Our team has successfully finalized another kitchen renovation, completed just in time for Easter. A repeat client engaged our expertise to update her kitchen, having encountered problems with her faulty gas countertop range. We proposed a comprehensive solution involving the removal of the range, oven, and lower cabinets to fit a new slide-in range, enabling the client to procure her preferred appliance. Following our consultation, the client selected Japandi Crystal Quartzite countertops. We installed a new single basin black sink serving as a workstation and a black Moen kitchen faucet. The client has expressed immense satisfaction with her new kitchen, and Chloe has given it her official paw stamp of approval.

These two clients are patiently waiting as we focus on delivering exceptional service to another client with a kitchen renovation project.

Primary Bathroom Remodel Complete!!

Sometimes unexpected challenges require calling in reinforcements. While we aren’t sure why the previous contractor was unable to follow through, we stepped in to ensure this project was completed correctly.

We had to relocate A/C duct work in the bathroom, installed recessed lighting and a vanity light fixture all on dimmer switches, framed up a couple of walls, installed a pocket door for the entry into the bathroom, installed a new door for the toilet area, installed homeowner supplied vanity, new baseboards, installed frameless shower door, installed shiplap on the walls around the bathtub and above the vanity, and wrapped up the bathroom with new paint. Our clients are very happy with the results and are finally able to enjoy. We are so blessed and honored to have been able to work with them on this project and remove a lot of their stress.

Outdoor Grill Area Overhaul Complete!!

We wrapped up this outdoor grill area overhaul last week just in time for Super Bowl Sunday. We had to modify the current frame work to make the countertop all one level, then we added a very nice granite countertop with a waterproof sealer, wrapped the bottom with a beautiful rock ledger that complements the granite top, and added a water proof cement board underneath the grill for additional storage and protection. Now all we need to do is install the new stainless steel refrigerator when it arrives and the LED mutli colored lighting underneath the countertop. Our client is very happy with the results and we are very happy as well.

Kitchen Overhaul Complete!

We wiped the slate “somewhat clean” with this kitchen refresh to open it up, add functionality, & increase efficiency!The pantry was reconfigured to make it more functional and we lengthened the kitchen island to accommodate multiple drawers and a pullout trash can.

We also removed the old lazy susan corner cabinet system and increased storage with open, modern shelving. The split-level area by the sink was updated to one level to create a great room feel looking into the living room. Beautiful quartz countertops were installed & the old sink was replaced with a single basin sink and new faucet.

The old back splash was replaced with shiplap and we added a little character with modern subway tile above the range. Mocha-stained floating shelves added the perfect balance to anchor the space with updated LED lighting on a dimmer switch to add ambiance at the push of a button.

We finished off the project with a new paint color on the walls and even updated the vanity top in the half bath to match the quartz design in the kitchen. Our client’s vision was brought to life and we are extremely happy with the results!
