One of my favorite groups here’s a Live look at our 7:00 group skills training today. We focused on in-game situations: cutting, reverse pivot, rip-through, attacking the basket, and on the other end we worked on ball handling along with drive-and-kick actions.
Trained by former D1 college athletes and professional basketball players, we are committed to maximizing each player’s ability. Next month, we will focus on shooting and agility.
