SELF CARE is extremely important.

Without it you could experience health issue that could be fatal.

I’m speaking from experience ladies.

I really learned how serious self care was during my pregnancy and especially after having my daughter in March of 2021.

It took me a year to normalize my body after my lack of self care during and after my pregnancy.

Ofcourse I’d always known about self care. But only enough to do it when I looked dusty. But I forgot the key steps to enforcing and practicing proper self care.

Here are some TIPS I now go by below:

1. Make it apart of your daily ROUTINE (try not to miss a day)

2. Designate a specific SPACE for your self care routine.(bedroom, bathroom, shower etc.)

3. Put on some MUSIC and DECORATE your space. (Make it yours ladies)

4. Remove all distractions this helps if you do it when you have more time to yourself. (babies asleep/or occupied, phones on vibrate, tv is off/on, music playing)

5. Take as LONG as you want.

6. Remember to MOISTURIZE.

7. Smile at yourself.

8. Tell yourself your beautiful (your opinion is the only one that matters).
