Occupied Incorporated is seeking a house cleaner to clean our furnished vacation rental properties in Spring Lake, Michigan. Our properties pride themselves on being the nicest and cleanest in the area, and we need your help!
The daily schedule varies weekly. Cleaning and turnover hours are completed between 1130a and 4pm. Weekends are required.
The job will require general cleaning of a several two bedroom cottages in Spring Lake. Duties include but not limited to: changing bed linens, laundering bed linens, cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, general home upkeep.
You will also be the eyes and ears for the owner and will be responsible for communicating with the owner about the overall condition of the property, needed repairs and supply replenishment.
This is a part time, year round position. We are booked steadily throughout the year. Those who are interested please send a DM. Thank you!!!
