As most know ICM, one of the last crystal manufactures, has closed. they made excellent crystals, but with few radios made in last 20 years not needing custom crystals and probably seeing business drop off they could not continue. Have seen this happen to a number of crystal manufs in last 10 years. Really sad to see ICM go.

Bomar has started re-making custom 2-way radio crystals. But I guess they see as them only ones left. they have started production, but do charge a lot. Now a crystal cost $50 each, about twice the going price only a year ago.

So MCC can still get crystals for the GE Mastr Exec II.

International Crystal Manuf, ICM, is going out of business. they have stopped taking new orders. We are working on finding a new vendor for our crystals.
