VPK was full of leprechaun traps, sneaky surprises, and just a little bit of classroom mischief! The kids were SO excited checking their traps—some found gold, and a few even had a special ring left behind by our tricky leprechaun! 🌈✨

Of course, no holiday is complete without a little mess and a lot of fun… and we definitely had both! 😄 From our classroom adventures to cooking with the amazing Miss Cindi, it was a day full of laughter, learning, and a sprinkle of magic.

I’d say our leprechaun visit was a success!

🍓🍊 A Little Kitchen Fun with Miss Cindi! 🍀🥣

This week our amazing chef, Miss Cindi, brought a little extra joy into the classroom with a fun food activity. The kids helped create Lucky Charms yogurt parfaits, layering creamy yogurt, colorful cereal, and toppings to make their own delicious treats. There were lots of smiles and even a few lucky marshmallow discoveries along the way!

Last week, Miss Cindi helped the children get creative with “Fruit Ballerinas.” Using strawberries, oranges, grapes, and bananas, the kids built adorable little ballerinas out of fruit. It was such a fun way to explore healthy foods while letting their imaginations dance.

Activities like these are a wonderful way for our students to learn about food, practice following directions, and most importantly, have fun trying new things.

A big thank you to Miss Cindi for always bringing creativity and love into our classroom kitchen. The kids absolutely adore these special moments! 💛

🐢 Snack time turned into turtle time today thanks to our very own Miss Cindi!

The kiddos had so much fun creating their adorable little turtle snacks using kiwi and grapes. Not only were they excited to make them, but they were even more excited to eat their tasty creations! Activities like this help build independence, creativity, and confidence… plus they make snack time extra special. 💚

Last week, Miss Cindi had our friends busy in the kitchen with TWO favorite cooking activities.
They made colorful fruit kabobs and, of course, crazy pizzas (Theo’s request… as always 😂🍕).
The kids loved creating their own masterpieces and practicing important skills like following directions, making choices, and trying new foods.

🎅🍓 Santa Hat Snack Time! 🍌✨
Today during cooking time, Miss Cindy and our little chefs had a blast making the cutest (and tastiest!) Santa hats! 🎄

The kids stacked banana slices, strawberries, and a tiny “snowball” on top to create their festive treats and they LOVED every second of it. Watching their excitement while they built (and then happily ate!) their Santa snacks made our day a little brighter. ❤️

We love these fun hands-on activities that bring smiles, build independence, and sprinkle a little holiday magic into our classroom. ❄️✨

🦃🍩 Our classroom was full of giggles and gobbles today! The kids had an absolute blast making turkey treats using donuts, frosting, googly eyes, and Froot Loops, and I think the turkeys turned out almost as sweet as the little ones who made them! 🧡🦃

Thankful for days filled with laughter, creativity, and sticky fingers. 🍩🎨

We kicked off Halloween week with pumpkin painting — our little artists made the cutest, most colorful pumpkins you’ve ever seen! 🍂🧡
Then today we put on our chef hats and made Halloween pizzas 👻🍕 — spooky, silly, and delicious!

And to top it off, we celebrated with our Halloween party!
Snacks, friends, creativity, and lots of smiles — we had the BEST time celebrating together! 🥳🕷🧁
