Sometimes things happen.

People get sick. Kids get sick. Cars break down. Schedules change unexpectedly. Emergencies happen at the absolute worst possible time.

And when they do, I will genuinely do everything I can to pull a solution out of thin air. 😂 I’ll rearrange schedules, reach out to other team members, offer another day, communicate what’s happening, and try my hardest to make an unfortunate situation as easy as possible for everyone involved.

I also completely understand being disappointed or frustrated when your scheduled service doesn’t go as planned. You’re allowed to feel that way, and if there is ever an issue with a cleaning, I WANT to know so I have the opportunity to address it and make it right.

But there is a difference between being understandably frustrated and becoming disrespectful.

My team members are human beings. They’re moms, students, business owners, pregnant women, people with families, sick children, emergencies and real lives happening outside of work.

And I’m human too.

I will apologize when we’re wrong.
I will listen to concerns.
I will take accountability.
I will work toward a solution.
I will absolutely make changes when they need to be made.

But I will not allow myself or anyone on my team to be spoken to poorly because something unexpected happened.

Sometimes the professional solution is fixing the problem.

And sometimes the professional solution is recognizing that we are no longer the right fit for one another and respectfully walking away.

Little marketing experiment 👀🧼

This flyer is actually an old Canva flyer I made YEARS ago that did perfectly fine for me. I spent maybe 40 minutes today updating the pricing, packages, wording and giving it a little refresh.

No AI on this one. 😂

And before anybody starts — I love my AI flyers too. They perform just fine, I have fun making them, and I’m definitely not anti-AI. But I figured I’d bring back one of my old-school Canva designs and see how it performs compared to what I’ve been posting lately.

So for a little while, I’m gonna give the AI flyers a break… or at least see how long I last. 😂

Same business. Same services. Same me. Just testing different ways to market because honestly, that’s half the fun of running your own business.

Now we see what gets more attention. 👀✨
