Our mission: to provide positive opportunities of support for families affected by disability. programs and events.
MISSION: POSABILITY is a nonprofit that provides positive opportunities of support for families affected by disability through I.M.P.A.C.T. CORE VALUES: Our core values make up the word I.M.P.A.C.T. which stands for: Inclusion, Ministry, Play, Advocacy, Community and Training. VISION: POSABILITY exists to make I.M.P.A.C.T. (which stands for: Inclusion, Ministry, Play, Advocacy, Community and Training) accessible to families and neighbors. POSABILITY was founded in 2022 by Wayne & Tina Cordova & their daughter Emmalee, who is diagnosed with developmental disabilities. The Cordova's life mission is building community & connections between families of children with disabilities & breaking down barriers that prevent them from being a part of their larger community.
So, what makes us different?

From our FRIENDS teens building independence, practicing social skills, and making connections, to our Kids Club crew playing, creating, exploring, and just being KIDS — our programs are all about providing opportunities for EVERY ability! 🙌

Friday, October 2nd is Parent Recharge at Emmalee’s Clubhouse—and we’re going MONSTER crazy! 🧟♂️👻🧡

Parents get a much-deserved break while the kids get to PLAY! And around here, we believe play is for EVERYONE.
At Posability, we break down barriers, provide accommodations, and create an environment where kids of ALL abilities are included, supported, and celebrated! 💙

Before Day 1 even arrived, we received an incredible $10,000 pledge from our friends at Love, Val, along with gifts of $60 and $50.
That means we are starting Day 1 with $10,110 in gifts and pledges, more than 20% of the way toward our $50,000 goal!
And I love that our first three gifts were $10,000, $60 and $50, because that perfectly represents what this campaign is about.

🦸♀️💥What a SUPER night at Emmalee’s Clubhouse!
Everyone had such a great time at our Superhero-themed Parent Recharge — playing, creating, laughing, making friends, and just having FUN!
Parent Recharge gives parents and caregivers a chance to recharge while their kids enjoy an inclusive night designed for all abilities. And judging by these smiles… we’d say this mission was a SUCCESS! 🦸✨

🛒💚 Our F.R.I.E.N.D.S. are out in the community!
Our Teen Social Group had their first outing of the semester, and we headed to Publix for a special behind-the-scenes experience!
The Publix management team took our teens around the store, introduced them to the different departments, and gave them a closer look at what it takes to keep a grocery store running.
Experiences like this are SO valuable for our teens! ❤️ Not only does it help them become more comfortable and confident navigating a grocery store—a skill that supports future independence—it also gives them the opportunity to learn about different jobs and future employment possibilities in their own community.
A HUGE thank you to Publix and their incredible team for taking the time to welcome our group, answer questions, and create such a positive learning experience for our teens. We are so grateful for community partners who see the potential in every individual! 💚
