A couple of months ago, we had to remove the large mirror in our Clubhouse after discovering a crack.
👷Because safety is always our top priority, it was important to address the issue right away.
We are incredibly grateful to a team from Fellowship Community Church who generously volunteered their time, skills, and service to safely remove the mirror for us. Not only did they take care of the mirror removal, but they also painted and touched up the surrounding areas, helping restore the space and make it look great again.
Their willingness to serve ensured that our kiddos could get back to enjoying and playing in their space as quickly as possible. Thank you, Fellowship Community Church, for your continued support, generosity, and partnership in helping us serve families affected by disability in our community. 💙

Between Teen Life Skills, Art Class, and Kids Club, we’ve had an absolute blast. We’re excited to welcome so many new and returning friends, and it has been wonderful to see connections and friendships already beginning to grow. 💙

Intermediate Art Class was off to a fantastic start yesterday! 🎨✨ It was so much fun seeing everyone’s creativity shine through in this pattern block project. One of the best parts of this class is that it’s designed to support each artist. Whether someone works independently or needs a little extra assistance, we’re here to accommodate their needs, encourage their creativity, and help them express themselves with confidence. I can’t wait to see what these talented artists create next!

The Posability Podcast is part of Posability’s mission to provide positive opportunities of support to families affected by disability through I.M.P.A.C.T. programs and events.

At Posability, we do everything we can to be prepared and ready for ANY ABILITY to join us! That’s why, before kicking off our Summer Programs this week, our staff participated in a variety of training sessions to ensure we’re providing the best support possible.
We welcomed Tracy Cox from CARD, who provided valuable training on interacting with children with varying abilities. Dr. Sandy Lanning, Physical Therapist, helped our team practice proper lifting and transfer techniques to promote safety and confidence. Diana Yates trained staff on understanding behaviors and effective strategies.
To wrap up our busy week of learning and preparation, we took some time to celebrate, connect, and unwind as a team with a fun and creative session hosted by Craft Social Florida
We’re excited, prepared, and ready for an amazing summer! ☀️💙
