The Field Construction Cook Team won 1st Place Salsa & 5th Place Ribs at this weekend's Smokin Clays Shootout & BBQ Cookoff. It was a crazy, wet, muddy weekend supporting the SV FFA kids!

Friday the 13th of March. 6:55 a.m. A car came through the front doors at our Callaghan location.

By 9 a.m. we were serving breakfast tacos.

You can look it up. MySA showed up that morning and we were open for dine-in like nothing happened. Because that's what we do. Callaghan has been feeding this city since the early days of Las Palapas, and it was going to take a whole lot more than a car through the front door to shut her down.

But here's the thing. She's one of our oldest stores, and she's earned a real refresh. So we're doing it now, on our terms. Closing for a remodel and giving Callaghan the facelift she deserves. New look. Same recipes. Same family.

While we're getting her ready, we want to see your Callaghan memories. Birthday parties. First dates. Before-school breakfasts. Kids who are now grown. We're putting together a BIG Callaghan throwback giveaway, so start digging through those old photos. Details coming soon.
