2 - 12x12 Stall: Full Care $450/month
2 - 12x20 paddock: Full Care $400/month

Full Care:
- Nutrena 12/8 2x daily
- Coastal hay 2x daily
- Round bales for pasture
- Stall cleaning
- Turn out 5 or 6 days a week
- Wash, exercise riding, and other convenience services available

Amenities:
- Fenced, very nice 16-acre facility
- Farrier visits every 3 weeks
- Enclosed tack room
- 40’ lighted round pen
- 100’x150' lighted arena
- Free trailer parking
- Wash rack
- Tacking area
- Limited private turnout if needed
- 10+ acres of trail riding on property; more nearby
- Lessons available
- Your own trainer and/or farrier welcome
- Friendly boarders and atmosphere; no drama
- Owner/security onsite 24-7
