Our take on Egg Foo Young!
If you aren’t familiar, Egg Foo Young is a Chinese-style omelet with various fillings. Usually vegetables like bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, cabbage, spring onions…The list goes on. Sometimes there will also be a protein element. And it’s usually accompanied by a sauce or gravy. Or both.
Ours is made with Shredded Veg., Pork Belly, Ramen Gravy, Cocktail Sauce, Pickled Bamboo, and Green Onions.
