Hey Fly Belly followers! I feel like a broken record, but a few reminders about how marketplace works:

I am unable to reach out to my buyers on facebook unless you reach out to me first. If you use the 'contact seller' button after purchasing, the response to that message will ONLY go to your EMAIL, not your facebook messages. So keep an eye on your junk mail!

If you have a problem, I will ALWAYS respond-I recently accidentally made an error on the sizing of some shoes and received an email about it because the buyer used the 'contact seller' button. I IMMEDIATELY replied and refunded the buyer. My response went to their junk EMAIL, not their facebook messenger, so they didn't receive my response and as a result, left me bad feedback assuming I was ignoring them.

Also, you will ALWAYS receive tracking for your order! ALWAYS. This can be found under your 'orders' tab, and it ALSO goes to your email account (again, check your junk mail). If you don't receive your item but it says it was delivered, check with your post office!

Okay, that was long, that is all! Happy customers are my number one priority! I do make mistakes, but out of hundreds of transactions a month, there's usually only 1 or 2 (halleluah!) I love my customers!! :D :D :D
