I wish it worked out that we could see our progress in all things yet, life doesn’t always allow us to see it. Maybe it’s us that’s so blinded by what we want to see we don’t see the beauty of what’s happening already.
Discipline + grit. Do the next best thing. Deep strength happens at the point we want to quit. But don’t.
🤍Remember that the next time to you get out of bed when you don’t want to. You chose kindness when it wasn’t reciprocated. You started a workout when you didn’t feel like it.
Keeping it simple. Always. Your next ARM DAY!
4 rounds- use light to medium dumbbells. Grab your dining room chair, too.
1. Seated reverse flies
2. Overhead press
3. Tricep extension
4. Bicep curls (controlled- no swinging those arms!)
5. Single arm - single arm - double front raise
🖤10-12 reps ( front raises will be *half* so. 5-6 reps)
🖤Rest 30s between exercises and 60s between sets
I’m using 15 and 20lb dumbbells here. Dumbbells should be challenging. If you’re completing one exercise in 20 seconds- the dumbbells are TOO LIGHT. Make this count.

November 🤍 What a rush!
First, I’m so excited to get back into sharing family, faith and fitness on here. I’ve missed it!!! And I’ve truly missed you! Thank you for reaching out; it’s always great to hear from you 😘
🐕🦺🐾Ok, so we added a new family member to our crew. Meet Onyx! The Goldendoodle of our dreams. He’s spicy and sweet. Lots of fun and the perfect little addition.
📚 We are gearing up to transition out of homeschooling and back into public school in January. Lots of prayers went into this decision and the kids are SO excited. This season has been sweet and I will be soaking up this next month as we finish strong!
🎉 Enjoyed lots of family time with traveling and the holidays. OH and my husband and I celebrated 21 years of marriage a couple of weeks ago. Getting married at 17 was a bold move and it’s bee a crazy, wild ride! God has been gracious…many more to come!

When my son shared that he’s watching himself get stronger, noticing his stamina, and hitting new movements like handstands, it was the perfect reminder: feeling strong is the ultimate payoff. 💃
That self-improvement, the control you gain, and the ability to do hard things well is where the lasting confidence comes from.
I know it’s not sexy to *just* create a plank or push up goal at first, but when you crush those types of goals, it’s just hits differently!
What’s been a nice surprise since working out that had nothing to do with you waisted getting smaller but you’ve felt so proud of noticing?

Aim for 12 reps (per leg) for 3 total sets.
This is great for ALL fitness levels. Adjust dumbbells and range of motion that work for you. I’m using 15-20lb dumbbells, as reference.
Alright….Let’s talk leggings! I’ve owned hundred of pairs and my favorite 🤩 are from Amazon. I’d trade any expensive pair for these any day!!
