For the past 8 years we have worked with FWC and local authorities accepting animals that have been abused, neglected, or simply could no longer be cared for. We have accepted anything from livestock and parrots to exotic mammals under FWC Class III permit.
If you are faced with a situation where you need to re-home your animal, please do not hesitate to contact us via DM or call us at (754) 265-7129.

Bambi the Muntjac Deer 🦌
Muntjacs have long canine teeth that almost look like a vampire. They are also known as the “barking deer” because they make a loud barking noise when they are alarmed very similar to a dog. Muntjacs are among the smallest deer in the world only reaching 25-40 lbs. I think they are so cute. 🥰
Sid the Two Toed Sloth 🦥
Their name comes from their two clawed fingers on each front limb. They use their claws to grip branches & support their body when hanging in trees. They can hang upside down for hours & their organs are positioned in ways that make breathing & digestion easier when inverted. How cool is that?!
Hanging out with red ruffed lemurs was truly a rare & one of a kind experience. The red ruffed lemur is critically endangered which is one of the highest levels of threat before extinction in the wild. They are found only in Madagascar & are endangered due to habitat loss, hunting & trapping. This species is extremely important to conservation efforts. Getting to be up close & personal with these amazing animals was such an awesome experience. What an honor. Not to mention they were the absolute sweetest. ❤️🐾
