We have been trying to get brakes up on , The Wild Deuce. It has been a very aggravating experience. We have replaced the master cylinder. Bleed a gallon of fluid through it. Still no pedal. Ordered new front brake lines today , and we will try again tomorrow. This car is for my daughter. Pop has supplied the grand kids all with hot rods.

The black sheep of the family is ready to crank. If all goes well on the start up it will be off to have the top put on it. I painted this car . When I cleared it , the temp out side was 20 degrees . The clear looked so good when it went on. And the next day it was running off the car onto the floor. Possum killer fixed that. I put the engine together but did not have time to get the valves finished in it. Paul Kosma bailed me out there. Pop built the car, it has a new quick change, t-5 5speed , and a big flattie . It has Pontiac 8 lug wheels, and a dash cluster from a 50 Nash . I can not wait
to have all three cars together at a show . That will be a great day. I forgot to add the black sheep belongs to my adopted brother , Thomas Henley . He is the black sheep

Pop and I purchased this pickup along with a 36 two door sedan . The 36 went back to the original owner ( that alone is a very cool story) , and we were left with this little green pup. We have been working on it for about 6 months. In the process we found one big problem. The fuel tank was rotten so much so it came apart while we were taking it out. I found another one same color and same year. I had to do a little hammer work on the wire loom under the tank( big dent) . Now we have it in the rotisserie. We cleaned and now we are ready to seal. We moved the truck from the bat cave to the shop out back . This was my second ride in the truck going by the turnip patch is a big thrill. Can’t wait to drive it down the street.

It has been some time since I posted on this side . Since closing my shop, I have not had much interest in posting stuff here. But after spending many days with pop, helping him finish some cars. The love of hot rodding is returning. The virus has forced myself to focus more on these projects and family. So with all that being said. Here are some pics from this morning. Project shuffle .
