Ryan has been licensed for 20 years, he is a Broker who owned and ran his own Exit Realty office until he sold it in 2010. Ryan lives in Heber and helps run the Wasatch back for our team along with our Investor services.

2020 was a crazy year in the Utah real estate market. Our concerns for the market during the March shutdowns were unfounded as we saw massive demand outpace inventory.

We are pleased to announce our agent awards for the year. Paul Page had another phenomenal year, earning agent of the year for his 6th time in the 15 years he has been with Time. He is an example to us all of perseverance and attitude and we are glad to have him in our office.

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of one of our agents and esteemed colleagues. Mike worked with us for many years and has been a great part of the TIME team for a long time.
