This week, we're spotlighting Michelle Nalley, our Resource Coordinator, who has been an integral part of our Service team for the past 7 years.

Michelle plays a key role in keeping our Service team running smoothly, helping coordinate resources while ensuring both our team and clients receive the support they need. Her dedication, positive attitude, and servant's heart make her an invaluable part of the In-Telecom family.

Fun fact: Michelle spent seven years singing and traveling professionally with a Southern Gospel group and now leads worship at her church. 🎶

When she's not at work, Michelle loves spending time with her family—especially her nephews, who bring her so much joy. She's also a licensed cosmetologist and enjoys doing hair on the side as a creative outlet. And if there's an opportunity to do a little shopping, she's definitely not passing it up!

If she could travel anywhere tomorrow, she'd choose Greece, where she hopes to experience its beautiful scenery, rich history, and incredible culture.

One of Michelle's favorite verses is: "Let all that you do be done in love." — 1 Corinthians 16:14. It's a reminder that guides the way she approaches every aspect of her life.

Michelle says her faith is the foundation of everything she does. Whether she's at work, serving at church, or spending time with family, she strives to treat people with kindness, serve others well, and leave every person better than she found them.

We're grateful to have Michelle on the team and appreciate the compassion, dedication, and heart for service she brings to In-Telecom every day.

Last Friday, we hit the course for the 6th Annual Community Wins Golf Tournament benefiting STARC of Louisiana! 💙

In-Telecom is proud to partner with Community Wins each year to bring together friends, partners, and members of our community for a day of golf, friendly competition, and giving back.

Yesterday was a big day for In-Telecom as we celebrated the grand opening and ribbon cutting of our Arlington, Texas office!

We’re so grateful to everyone who came out to celebrate with us and helped make the day such a success. Opening our doors in Arlington marks an exciting new chapter for In-Telecom, and we can’t wait to continue growing, building new relationships, and serving businesses throughout Texas.

This week, we're spotlighting Brennen Ouder, our L2 Technician, who has been delivering exceptional support to our Service team for the past 4 years.

Brennen is committed to making technology less intimidating for clients by providing knowledgeable support with a calm, approachable attitude. He believes in treating every client the way he'd want his own friends and family to be treated, making every interaction both helpful and reassuring.

Fun fact: Brennen has a culinary degree. 👨‍🍳
When he's away from work, you'll likely find Brennen playing video games, studying Russian, working on his novel, or spending quality time with his wife and their 2-year-old son.

If he could travel anywhere tomorrow, he'd choose Japan, where he hopes to experience the culture, food, and history firsthand.
