On this day 7 years ago, Ryan made his major league debut with the Minnesota Twins! It was a whirlwind couple days and the ultimate dream come true: a lifetime of work, dedication, sacrifices and overcoming adversities and obstacles. We look back on this day with extreme gratitude for the experiences, people we met along the way and all the memories and challenges we overcame!
7 years ago, we were living the dream, traveling all over the country with countless Ubers, flights and hotels. 7 years ago, baseball was our life. We had no idea that food trucks were in our future; they weren’t part of the original dream or plan but that’s the beauty in all of this and we truly believe things work out for our good and that we are exactly where we are supposed to be. And now we get to lead an incredible team with our 2 trucks providing healthier options to our hometown. It hasn’t always been easy or smooth but we are proud of our journey!

The busiest week yet! Trying to make up for alllllll those rainy days we’ve had lately! We are SO grateful for yalls support- tag your friends and meet em at the truck! Picayune, Slidell, Michoud, Stennis, Covington whew!

Slidell!! We will be on Gause Blvd tomorrow (Friday, June 5) from 11-4 by the dollar tree on East Gause! The weather looks yucky for Saturday some come stock up on juices!!

When it is simply *too hot* to eat anything else, a bowl is a must 🥵 my go to today? Regular local bowl, add chocolate protein and almond butter. Cold, fresh, filling and SO refreshing in this heat

And look at this genius little idea our sweet customer had. She requested her bowl be put in a smoothie cup so she could hold it with one hand while keeping alllll the delicious toppings from spilling out each time she dug her spoon in. She got a mini Who Dat!
So my multitaskers, moms with littles, anyone on the go, might be a good idea for you too!

Maybe by posting this from a sunny day, it’ll make all this rain stop 😭 anybody else need a little bit of sunshine?!? ☀️
