MONDAY MOLD HISTORY…
Salem Witch Trials 1692…we all know a little about that right or have heard it in school at some time.
Well did you know that some behavioral psychologists researched and noticed most of the “witch like behavior” or symptoms were identical to those found in ergot poisoning? Ergot thrives in warm damp rainy springs and summers… which was the climate in those parts in spring of 1691. Ergot is caused by a fungus that affects rye and wheat… so their food was highly likely to be contaminated by mold. They weren’t witches… they were sick from Mold.

Realtor called me this weekend needing a mold test for her sale ASAP! Needed results by EOD Tuesday. Squeezed 3 tests in on my lunch, overnighted her samples. Test results will be in tomorrow! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
