While its particulars vary, their respective problem at hand and BV’s specialty are organized U.S. legal system abuse with the complicity of one or more unethical judges, justices, and/or quasi-judicial officials. The greatest difficulty in overcoming these weaponizations of legal process and proceedings is undoubtedly America’s corroborated lack of effective redress. Human Rights Council confirmed that it is not manifestly ill-founded to contend that as a matter of de facto government policy, the United States of America (U.S.) extends impunity to its judges, justices, and/or quasi-judicial officials for their role in literal persecution if not psychological torture imposed through persistent, orchestrated U.S. legal system abuse. As leaders of various nonprofit initiatives, BV’s founding co-principals have been at the forefront of combating this egregious violation of America’s International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR). The ICCPR, a human rights treaty, mandates EFFECTIVE domestic avenues of redress for human rights violations by rogue agents of U.S. government, abusing their power under a pretext of legitimate authority; a mere color of law. Yet, the best if not only chance of their victims prevailing hinges on them mustering compelling supportive evidence presented as part of credible good government advocacy, and there being incentive for anti-corruption/oversight agents and agencies involved to respond fairly. BV’s founding co-principals, Belinda Parker-Brown and Dr. Zena Crenshaw-Logal, are expert at harnessing the grassroots synergy required to vindicate BV clients. They develop and orchestrate implementation of paths to reparations for BV clients as prescribed by Resolution 60/147, adopted on December 16, 2005 by the U.N. Thank you to everyone who joined the pivotal hearing for our campaign on Monday -- August 29, 2022. The hearing was on what are called "exceptions" in Louisiana, filed by the co-defendants. Here's a report on what happened:

Despite arrangements made in advance and plenty of email/phone follow-up by Christina Groce, Legal Defense & Crisis Management Team Director for Louisiana United International, Inc. (LUI), the Louisiana Orleans Parish Jail as agent of the Orleans Parish Prison, failed to connect Petitioner Errol Victor, Sr. to the court hearing by video;

Co-defendants Judge Dennis Waldron and the State of Louisiana appeared by attorneys with the state's office of Attorney General;

Co-petitioners Belinda Parker-Brown and Dr. Zena Crenshaw-Logal, appeared by video. Dr. Z made oral arguments on the Petitioners' Response to the Defendants' Exceptions which the petitioners finalized with Rev. Victor on the preceding Friday.

Belinda Parker Brown and Dr. Zena Crenshaw-Logal of Brown Vindicators were the new cards played on July 20, 2022 in Reverend Errol Victor, Sr.’s preceding, years-long attempt to turn the tables on his prosecutors and put the Louisiana Criminal “Justice” System on trial.

All three justice warriors put Double Jeopardy issues before Louisiana’s 19th Judicial District Court in a way never presented before. As the related press release explained, “Trial of Louisiana Minister Tainted by State's Racist Past and Alleged Court Corruption”. America’s Double Jeopardy Clause is meant to protect criminal defendants from such abuse, so Parker-Brown, Crenshaw-Logal, and Victor contend.

The argument would have been circumvented/mooted at an August 11, 2022 hearing had Parker-Brown, Crenshaw-Logal, and Victor not recognized and adverted a procedural land mine waiting to blow relevant considerations of criminal judicial collusion out of the metaphorical water. Having survived that August 11th threat, the three (i.e., Parker-Brown, Crenshaw-Logal, and Victor) now prepare to establish on August 29, 2022 that related, objectively discernible court corruption is too deep for the State of Louisiana to vindicate its prosecution of Reverend Victor. For the apparent participating conspirators, the proverbial chickens have come home to roost.
