We offer a more personalized experience, with cakes and cupcakes that you can customize by choosing from our variety of flavors and colors. You communicate your vision to our baker/cake decorator, and that same individual completes your order from start-to-finish. Because we bake everything from scratch, we can also accommodate vegan patrons, those who have intolerance to gluten, sugar, and more. Order policy

*Orders for layer cakes and cupcakes must be placed at least 1 week in advance.*

*Orders for tier cakes must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance.*

*Late orders are subject to a $20 rush fee if accepted.*

*Orders must be paid for within 48 hours of receiving an invoice, or the order will be cancelled.*

*Cancellations will only be fully refunded if notice is given at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled order delivery time.*

*Cancellations received without proper notice will result in a store credit lasting 12 months from your date of purchase.*

* **Please allow 24-48 hours response time for all inquiries.***

Custom Drawings Policy

Custom drawings will incur a minimum fee of $15 in addition to basic labor and production costs, and $15 per each additional hour of work thereafter. Designs which fall outside of "Decorations" options are custom drawings. Photos for examples may be sent to our email address at:

Location and Delivery

So Caked Up is currently based in Slidell, LA, serving delivery orders to the Louisiana Northshore area and those within a 55 mile radius. Your delivery charge will be automatically calculated in accordance with the address associated with your order. Enter your desired delivery date, time, and location. Please type the full address of your delivery location including street name and number, suite/unit if applicable, city, and state.
