Updated these stair treads with new material that is a safe 1 piece design. Previous contractor used an inferior product that fell apart after a short time, due to improper installation.

The outdated kitchen has been replaced with a modern, updated space, achieved by demolishing the existing area to the studs, removing soffits, and ensuring walls are level and plumb for a seamless cabinet installation. Electrical and plumbing systems have been upgraded to comply with current codes. Adelphi Kitchens and Cabinetry designed and built the custom cabinets, incorporating various features not shown in the photographs to maximize storage and usability. Elevated the home's entryways with two sleek new ProVia doors, creating a fresh and exciting first impression.

The farmhouse features a picturesque wrap-around front porch, a popular spot for clients to relax in the evenings. Over time, its aged appearance prompted a desire for renovation. To achieve a contemporary look with reduced maintenance requirements, we conducted a thorough rebuild of the structural framing and ensured level surfaces. The incorporation of Timber Tech Azek porch boards in weathered Teak, paired with Timber Tech composite railings, has resulted in a significantly upgraded appearance.

The front entryway roof was upgraded with Azek PVC material and vinyl structural posts, providing a durable, low-maintenance solution that eliminates the need for painting. The original railings were pressure washed and reinstalled to save the client some funds.

Four newly installed vinyl posts ensure a maintenance-free and worry-free experience.

Installed Life Proof flooring and trimmed out 2 windows for clients.

This three-season room underwent renovations, including new replacement windows, a leveled ceiling, and updated electrical. Primarily utilized as storage space, the clients sought to update the space. Painting was completed by the clients at a subsequent date. The exterior was refinished with white aluminum wrapping and capping. Interior trim used as much original trim as possible to keep farm house look.

The basement sustained flood damage, prompting us to repair the bottom 24 inches of drywall, remove all compromised materials, and install Life Proof flooring. We then reinstalled trims and repainted the area.

Initially, the scope of the project involved expanding the existing deck, but upon further examination, the old deck was found to be unusable. We therefore undertook a complete rebuild, incorporating the client's requested increase in square footage, and utilized Timber Tech Azek PVC decking and pressure-treated railings to match the original design, ensuring a safe and durable structure for years to come.

This old house featured a second floor 3 season enclosed porch that had seen better days. We renovated the space by replacing all 8 windows with new, properly sealed and insulated ones. The exterior received new aluminum capping. Additionally, we leveled the ceiling, which was out of level by 4 inches, and installed fresh drywall. Denny's Electric Service revamped and installed 3 new puck style LED lights.

New updated vanity now features a makeup desk and single bowl sink. New flooring will be installed at a later date.
