90 days sober can change a lot, but it can’t undo years of addiction overnight.
In his episode of Kevin Lanning, one of our team members Tyler Bowers reflects on reaching 90 days in recovery and his expectations vs reality moment. A team member at his IOP gave him the reality check he needed: after several years in active addiction, 90 days sober and in treatment was the start, not the finish line.
Getting sober is an incredible accomplishment, but sobriety alone doesn’t automatically heal relationships, change old behaviors, resolve resentment, or teach you how to navigate life differently.
There are no “get fixed quick” schemes in recovery; it’s something you continue to practice—through treatment, support, accountability, healthy routines, and showing up for yourself one day at a time.
90 days matters. So does day 91. 💙

As comes to an end, we wanted to share a sentiment that encompasses how we view recovery: as a progression, not perfection.
As our NJ Director of Client Services said: “whether it’s your worst or best day, both only have 24 hours.” Addiction recovery isn’t a straight line, and healing doesn’t require getting every day exactly right. Small steps, honest effort, continued growth, and the decision to keep moving forward one day at a time. 🗓️
Save this reminder for the days when you need it most. 💜

All In Solutions utilizes the Biopsychosocial-Spiritual model of addiction, but what does that truly look like?
It is a whole-person framework that recognizes addiction as more than a physical dependence or pattern of behavior. Substance use is often affected by a person’s biology, mental health, relationships, environment, and more. 👥
These areas are deeply connected. Brain changes and withdrawal can influence emotions. Stress or untreated mental health concerns may affect coping. Isolation and unstable relationships can make recovery more difficult. A loss of meaning or connection may leave someone unsure of what they are working toward. ⭕
That is why effective addiction treatment should look beyond stopping substance use. At All In Solutions, our biopsychosocial-spiritual approach helps us understand each client as a whole person and develop an individualized treatment plan that addresses their physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs.

A full continuum of care can make a meaningful difference in recovery, because treatment needs often change over time. 🔄
For our clients, moving from inpatient treatment to PHP/IOP means you don’t have to start over with a completely new plan. Your care can continue with greater consistency, structure, and support as you transition into the next stage of recovery. ⭐
Thank you Marcus, for your trust across multiple chapters of your journey. We’re so glad to hear the transition between levels of care helped you to keep moving forward. 🫂

What is medication-assisted treatment, and how does MAT help with addiction recovery? 💊
Medication-assisted treatment combines FDA-approved medications with behavioral healthcare and recovery support. It is primarily used for opioid use disorder and alcohol use disorder and may help reduce withdrawal symptoms, control cravings, block certain rewarding effects and improve a person’s ability to stay engaged in treatment.
Common medications for opioid addiction include buprenorphine, methadone and naltrexone. Medications used for alcohol addiction may include naltrexone, acamprosate and disulfiram. Each works differently, which is why MAT should be recommended and monitored by qualified healthcare professionals based on an individualized assessment. 📝
Despite a persistent misconception, MAT is not simply “replacing one substance with another.” For opioid use disorder specifically, medications such as buprenorphine and methadone are associated with better treatment retention and a lower risk of overdose and death.
At All In Solutions, medication is one possible component of a comprehensive addiction treatment plan. When clinically appropriate, MAT is combined with evidence-based therapy and individualized recovery planning to address physical, psychological, behavioral and social needs. 💙

One of the hardest parts of entering treatment can be the fear of doing it alone.
For Nicholas, that fear quickly changed once he arrived at All In Solution in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
From the beginning, he felt supported by staff who showed up, listened, and made sure he knew he wasn’t navigating recovery by himself. That sense of connection became an important part of his experience, and a reminder that meaningful recovery is often built through the people willing to walk beside you. 🤝
Thank you Nick for trusting us with his story! We’re so inspired to see how far you’ve come. 💙
