Today was Health Awareness Sunday at Heart Changers Church, and we praise God for the opportunity to focus on becoming healthier in every area of life.

A special thank you to Humana for joining us today and sharing valuable information with our church family.

Our scripture focus was 3 John 1:2–4, reminding us that God desires for us to prosper and be in good health.

We are committed to becoming healthier physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

May we continue to make choices that honor God, strengthen our bodies, renew our minds, and improve our overall well-being.

Healthy people build healthy families, healthy churches, and healthy communities!
