Our annual Toys for Tots box is up! We hope to make this Holiday season a little more special for any children who need it. We will be collecting toys till Dec. 13th. If you aren't a member please don't let that stop you from donating. We would be happy to accept your donation anytime Mon-Thurs 9am-6pm and Fri 6am-1pm. Thank you for all your consideration and help!

The old saying of 8/8 oz glasses of water is a good start, but a little outdated. Divide your body weight in half and drink that amount in ounces. This will be closer to what your body needs. The hotter it is or the more active you are the more you'll need.

It's important to drink enough water everyday for many reasons. Water helps to: regulate body temperature, lubricate your joints, deliver nutrients to cells, keeps your organs functioning properly, improves sleep quality,
cognition and mood.

Sometimes that feeling of hunger setting in or the extra craving is just your body's way of saying it's thirsty.
