Kitch was the sobriquet/stage name of the late great calypsonian Lord Kitchener It also stands for the feeling one gets when having a home-cooked Caribbean meal from 'moms' kitchen. The brainchild of Caribbean cook Brenda Turner, Kitch prides itself on being able to cook for the masses while still maintaining the highest quality in taste and presentation.
