Fresh food, friendly faces, and a helping hand! Join us on Thursday, June 4, from 9:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m. for our monthly Mobile Food Pantry in partnership with the Capital Area Food Bank. Everyone is welcome, and there are no forms, paperwork, or ID requirements—just come as you are. Whether you're picking up groceries for yourself or your family, we're here to serve our community with care, dignity, and abundance. Spread the word and invite a neighbor!

Our 242nd Annual Conference of the Baltimore-Washington Conference of the United Methodist Church is in the books! Silver Spring UMC was present and active this year, from engaging in resolutions on the floor to providing leadership for our Episcopal Area Worship Team, our congregation is leading, serving, and loving beyond our walls! And our work to develop affordable housing was celebrated during a report from the Discipleship Team. Thanks be to God!
