• Installed new luxury vinyl plank throughout the home

We recently completed a full interior and exterior upgrade for one of our clients:

• Removed outdated popcorn ceiling
• Repaired cracked plaster and installed fresh drywall and paint
• Replaced the A/C unit with a new energy-efficient system
• Rewired the home to meet current code and efficiency standards
• Installed new receptacles and upgraded GFCIs throughout the home

We recently completed a full TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) roofing system installation on this residential home in the city. The project involved:
• Full tear-off of the old, damaged roofing
• Repairing and replacing deteriorated decking
• Installing new insulation and cover board
• Finishing with a durable, energy-efficient white TPO membrane
