The Professional Development Institute (PDI) is a private career school headquartered in Maryland.
Our Administrative offices are in Kensington and our classroom is in Wheaton. PDI offers a wide variety of courses for professionals (including Real Estate) around the US to meet their pre-licensing, post-licensing, and continuing education needs. Please note that classes that were expected to held at our new Kensington classroom location in September is delayed for another month. As such, September classes will be held back at our current Wheaton location again. We will keep you updated of our move. Moving can be a pain!

It's with sadness that we inform everyone that one of our instructors and chairperson of the DC Real Estate Commission, Tony Duncanson, passed away last week.
