We promote the integral development of your children to prepare them as best as we can for the challenges that lie ahead in life. As a family child care providers, our goal is to provide a safe, happy and nurturing environment for each child that will offer unique experiences to their development and stimulate their physical, intellectual, social and emotional growth at their own pace. We offer loving care that focuses on each child as a unique and wonderful individual and in doing so, builds self-esteem and respect for others. Social learning communication, intellectual awareness and physical steroids are all part of these first few years. Moreover, these are done in an ever increasingly socially and culturally diverse environment. Our goal is to teach children using a variety of methods, including role playing and dramatic movement, free play, sensory development and sharing because we believe that each child learns and develops at his or her own pace. It is also our goal to exceed state standards for health and safety to ensure the well being of our children and families. As your partner in caring for your child, our interactions with you (the parent) is as important as our interaction is with your child. We encourage parent involvement in the child care setting. For clarification purposes: Regarding all statements in this policy book directed to the parent, the word Parent shall mean parent or guardian or adult person responsible for the child’s physical and financial well being.
