I love baroque music on bandoneon, especially with two bandoneon. So when proposed a Scarlatti I immediately said yes. This music creates peace for the performer and the audience alike. I loved studying this piece, and I can't wait to bring "Bach en Bandoneon" to the on September 21st. Save the date!

The Dome is an incredibly special place where all art is celebrated in all its forms. This past Saturday I performed with my first teacher, Santiago Segret, and the Orquesta Tipica Domo. I'm off to my Vermont College of Fine Arts composition residency! Last month at Tango for Musicians at Reed College , the TFM resident ensemble premiered my arrangement of Arola's tango "Lágrimas" heard here. This week will be another premier with the Anna's Ghost Ensemble in Colorado Springs this Thursday.
