Women's rights, freedom, and equality must be seen and heard, not just promised in speeches and policy documents.

The government of Sierra Leone must match its words about women's empowerment with concrete action. Investment in women's programs means nothing if women cannot speak without fear of state retaliation.

To all women: Your strength is the foundation of our shared future. We see you, we hear you, and we will continue to fight for justice alongside you. 💪🏿🇸🇱
