The COVID-19 Public Health Emergency declaration ends May 11th, 2023. That means insurance companies will no longer be required to waive costs or provide free COVID-19 tests.
ALS will continue to provide COVID-19 testing for our community through our drive-through, however we will not be able to accept insurance. As of May 12th, 2023 we are only accepting cash and card payments.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Effective 3/18/22 our RT-PCR (NAAT) Covid testing will cost $130 (cash or card) at time of service for those patients without insurance.

Health Resources and Services (HRSA) announced 3/16/22 that government funding for Covid-19 testing has run out. Claim submissions for the un-insured must be received by HRSA by 3/22/22. This submission process takes serval days to complete, therefore today was our last feasible day to perform no-cost testing for the uninsured and still have an opportunity for reimbursement from the fund.

Those with insurance will still not incur any cost for the time being. Please note that providing inactive/inaccurate health insurance information will result in a bill for testing performed.

Winter Storm Hours

We are closing today 2/23/22 at 2:00pm.

We will be open tomorrow 2/24/22 from 8:30am-1pm.

As of now our hours for Friday 2/25/22 will remain within normal hours of 8:30-4:30pm.

Saturday 2/26/22 normal hours of 9:00am-1:00pm.
