A landmark five-year independent study just confirmed what we've always believed — the earlier we invest in children and families, the greater the impact.
SC First Steps' Parents as Teachers program proved that sustained home visiting improves parenting skills and school readiness outcomes — with families who stay enrolled longest seeing the greatest results. 💛

This is exactly why Oconee County First Steps is working to bring Parents as Teachers to Oconee County. Our families deserve the same powerful results being seen across South Carolina. Stay tuned — big things are ahead!
