In this intro class, we will have an overview of what healing really is, and then experience it directly through a guided journey
You will have an opportunity to invite real shifts and insight into even the bigger issues in your life.
Bring a journal if you have one and wear comfortable layers.

The Healing Power of Nature
Forest Bathing Meditation Walk
Sunday 8/10 4pm
Take a walk and tune into the energy of life around you and feel your connection to it in a deeper way. You'll be amazed by the insight you can have and the deep grounding you'll feel when you let yourself be in conscious relation with nature. In this walk we will learn a meditative sensing practice that will open up our perception and allow us to heal.
Wear comfortable shoes and layers, bring a water bottle and journal. This walk will be gentle and slow, on mostly flat terrain.

You are invited to join us on Sacred ground, a living breathing sense-making and emergent space for grounding ourselves in this time of change.
Last session, we had a beautiful and deep time connecting for the new moon and grounding ourselves in Earth based wisdom, with our wonderful guest Lisa Graysheild.

For the full moon, we offer sharings and news of practical eco-projects in process, We are weaving and working together with Indigenous and land based projects across the Earth. Join our WISE team hosts and special guests who will be sharing about inspiring projects, cultural healing work, and communities on the ground. We encourage support and participation in projects that further the sacred work in a tangible physical way.
