Route 44 Transit-Plus Multimodal Corridor

NE 45th St and 8th Ave NE – 9th Ave NE
Starting as soon as November 14, crews will begin sidewalk and crossing work at 8th Ave NE. Work includes sidewalk upgrades, pole foundations, road panels, signal pole installation, electrical, and crosswalk installation. Once complete, work will continue to 9th Ave NE.

We have a wonderful Christmas gift for you! Beer is flowing again at 45th & 8th - opens today. Check out how great the place looks, and more importantly, how great the beer is!

Some good news to share - there will soon be a new brewery at our old spot - 722 NE 45th St.

Ladd & Lass is a small, family-owned brewery with a strong homebrew heritage, and we could not be more excited for Jessie and Nick to take over the space with amazing brews when they open up this fall! Follow their progress by liking Ladd & Lass Brewing.

A note from Dawn & Russ –

Last call -- Saturday May 15 is the last day for FBB. Our lease ends May 31, and while we pursued every option, we were unable to reach terms with the landlord that were viable for the business.

We have loved being your neighborhood spot to hang out and have a brew. We are so grateful for each of you who has spent time with us over the years, and we will miss you very much.

Stop by between now and the 15th to get those growler fills on your card, and we’ll have some special deals on glassware, tap handles, and those fab sampler trays.
