On this day of remembrance, we honor the nearly 3,000 lives taken on September 11, 2001, and the brave first responders and service members who answered the call of duty.

Beyond the grief, 9/11 remains a powerful reminder of selflessness, resilience, and the strength found when communities come together in service of one another. Today, we reflect on that enduring spirit and recommit to supporting one another with empathy and purpose.

We are thrilled to welcome Devon to the FileOnQ team!

Devon brings a rare, powerful perspective to our mission. He served six years in the U.S. Navy as a Seabee, followed by 15 years in law enforcement, rising to the rank of Sergeant with the Sioux Falls Police Department. For over two decades, he relied on the critical software systems that keep agencies running and first responders safe.

He later brought that end-user operational insight to CentralSquare Technologies, successfully managing a multi-state public safety software territory. But driven by a desire to build and optimize deployment systems rather than just sell them, Devon earned his Master’s in Project Management from USC and set his sights on operational leadership.

Now, Devon is standing up FileOnQ's Project Management Office (PMO) from the ground up. He is establishing the deployment governance, tracking, escalation frameworks, and repeatable processes that will ensure seamless, predictable rollouts for every agency we partner with.
