Sports ball time is almost here! ⚽️ Now is a GREAT time to save our number (1-800-222-1222). If you make a mistake with a medication, chemical, or any other harmful product, we can usually treat you at home, helping you avoid the traffic, crowded clinics, & long wait times 😎

One of our educators and her Yukling were in beautiful La Push last week for the Quileute Elders Fair! We talked about household safety (and demonstrated how kids put everything in their mouths πŸ™ƒ) and passed out hundreds of Mr. Yuk stickers to help parents and grandparents keep their little ones safe πŸ’š Thanks for having us, Quileute Tribe!

If you live nearby this morning's explosion at the Nippon Dynawave facility in Longview:
🚨 Follow all advice from local fire departments or public health officials
πŸ’š People who were not present at the scene of the explosion are NOT expected to become ill from the suspected chemicals involved, but may experience mild symptoms from low level exposures to smoke and irritating gases
βœ…οΈ Stay indoors, close windows, and turn off HVAC systems
βœ…οΈCall us for any symptom management (like itchy eyes, scratchy throat, cough, etc.)
