Yamato Noodle makes noodle machines and runs a ramen school in Japan. They have only held classes once before in the U.S. (at NRA last year).
Just found out they are holding a class in LA next month, on days when I was already going to be there! Serendipity.

Hey cool cats! Just got our voltage converter (Japan uses 100v) in the mail. Heading to the kitchen Monday to start her up for the first time. Our noodles should be in a store near you soon!

The pop-up went great last week, a complete sell out! And our ramen machine is in customs right now!
We've decided to focus on the noodle side of things for a little while and will announce our next pop-up as soon as we have it nailed down. Happy Holidays from the Mighty Ramen family!

So this Sunday will be our last at the Broadway Sunday Farmers Market. We are sad to go, but excited to start our weekly pop-up.

Also, we will be donating fifty cents from every purchase on Sunday to help the victims of Typhoon Haiyan.
