A nine-year winner of Seattle Magazine’s “Best in Satisfaction” Survey of Real Estate Agents, and a nineteen–year veteran of Pacific Northwest real estate, Heidi Ward’s passion, drive, and empathy—combined with an astute understanding of the constantly changing greater-Seattle real estate market and the process of negotiation—has proven to be a winning combination. Though she assists with the buying and selling of properties of all types, Heidi’s appreciation for all things modern and luxury is a personal passion that can be traced back to her hip grandmother’s home in Southern Oregon, which was filled with Danish Modern furnishings and modern art. A Seattle resident since 1990, Heidi has been a full-time broker since 2000. Hi, it’s been a while.
I’m not much of a social media consumer or producer, and since dividing time between Seattle and Teton Valley, Idaho in recent years, posting fell by the wayside. Not for lack of content, as Heidi Ward Real Estate remained quite busy.
On March 22nd my husband and best friend Rick passed away suddenly, necessitating some big life changes…beginning with letting go of our sweet Tetonia property.
Practicing the craft I’ve honed for over 26 years (helping people buy and sell homes) has proven to be a soothing balm for my unspeakable grief, and I have every intention of leaning even further into that. At great urging from my sons and daughter-in-law (aka Team Ward) I’m dipping a toe back into social media, and this seemed as good a start as any. I’m looking forward to re-engaging, and can’t wait to share a real stunner scheduled to hit the market in Seattle first week of August.
