On Saturday, May 2, neighbors across Seattle are taking a moment to say hi, share a laugh, or do something kind - no big plans, no pressure. Just showing up for each other.

We’d love to see you at the Commons Saturday, 5/2, from 10 AM–12 PM for coffee, donuts, and a small supply drive for our neighbors. We’ve had to scale back some of our food and program supplies recently, so every bit helps.

If you’re able, consider bringing:
• New men’s boxer briefs (M, L, XL)
• Women’s underwear (bikini or boxer-style, all sizes)
• Tampons or pads
• Shelf-stable snacks (Cup-O-Noodles, instant oatmeal, protein bars)

Come by, grab a cup of coffee, and connect with neighbors. We’d love to have you. ❤️

Join us Tuesday, April 28, from 2–3:30 p.m. as we gather to remember neighbors we’ve lost. We’ll share stories, honor their journeys, and celebrate the friendships that connected us. 💛

We’re currently looking for support with food for this gathering. If you’re able, please email [email protected] to:

• Bring store-prepared snacks or appetizers to share

Your support helps make this space of remembrance and connection possible.

Everyone loves a Friendsgiving feast, and our hearts are full of gratitude!

It took 128 volunteer shifts, alongside our dedicated staff team, to make Friendsgiving at the Commons happen.

Volunteers prepped, served, and cleaned with so much care, welcoming 325 neighbors and helping prepare 410 meals.

Huge thanks to Con Feinberg, our Volunteer & In-Kind Donations Coordinator, and Jessica Liebenberg, our Drop-in Services Coordinator, for pouring so much heart into making this event special for our community.

Deep gratitude to for lending equipment and kitchen space to bring the day to life.

🎥 you rock!

When homelessness and gender-based violence intersect, our neighbors face unique challenges. Huge thanks to and for uniting Seattle service providers to meet those needs with care and collaboration.
