KombuchaSmith is a small-batch fermented tea producer that uses organic, locally-sourced ingredients whenever we can. We start with a Green Tea, brewed in a method developed over years, so we can pull a rich flavor from the leafs. Ginger is a natural companion to kombucha, and used in most of the brews. The ginger we use is sourced from Hawaii or Peru based on the time of year.
